Yes, that's not a typo either... Google Voice seems to already have a competitor.  I know some of you have not even heard of Google Voice yet.  First there was Skype then Grand Central (Now Google Voice) and now we present to you... Ribbit. I know it sounds cheesy but there is actually a waiting list for their beta launch.  You can also pay to play but before coughin' up the $30 bucks it costs to get we'd wait for the beta version.  Below is a gadget that the site let's you add to your site to enable conference calling.  Don't think it even works without a login but decided to include it for illustration purposes only.
